Verona Special Utility District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Security & Privacy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. We will not sell your information to anyone.
Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit or debit card used at the time of the transaction.
Online Bill Pay Now Available
In our efforts to better serve you, we now accept all major credit and debit cards - Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Payment can be made using a credit or debit card online, for a 3% fee. You can also pay by E-Check. To pay your bill online you will need to know your account number and the current amount due. If paying after the 10th of the month if might show you your next month's bill. If this is the case just highlight the box where you pay and put in what you owe.
Payment By Phone
You may also call our toll free number - 877-254-9130 and pay by phone. Please note that a 3% convenience fee will apply when paying by this method.
Payment By Mail to our Office
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft Using a Debit or Credit Card - we no longer offer this service.
Automatic Bank Draft using your Checking Account - ACH Bank Draft Form
By using this method you will not incur any fees. Your account will be debited directly from your bank account using your routing number and your checking account number. Your payment will be deducted from your checking account around the 8th of each month. You should receive your bill by this time so you will know what the amount is. If not, you can always call the office to find out what you will owe. The form is under the Forms & Report tab and it is called ACH Bank Draft Form. If you want this method, fill out the form and either drop it by the office, fax it to the office, or scan and e-mail it to the office.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash (correct amount please), check, or money orders. We also have a secure night drop for your convenience.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions, such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven to ten business days to post to the customer's account so please allow for this timeframe so your payment will not be late in arriving to us. Please consult with your bank for more information.
